Information used by the current platform
When you create or use an account, Vetlix stores your name, email address, a password hash, and the Vetlix service you selected. The platform does not store your password in readable form.
If you search for a domain, the name you enter may be kept temporarily in your browser session so it can appear in the Domains workspace.
Why this information is used
Account information is used to create and secure your account, sign you in, remember the service workspace you chose, and respond to support requests.
Cookies and session data
Vetlix uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. The current session is configured to expire after seven days. Domain search text may also be stored in session storage in your browser for the active browsing session.
Service providers and future services
As additional services are connected, some information may need to be shared with the provider that delivers the service you choose. The relevant service page and order flow should explain what is needed before that service is used.
Your requests
You may contact Vetlix to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, or to raise another privacy concern. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.

External resources
The site currently loads fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service to request the font files. For information about personal data rights in Tanzania, visit the Personal Data Protection Commission guidance.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Vetlix services and data practices develop. The information on this page should be reviewed whenever new service providers, payments or analytics are added.
